Let's give it a try

So, my idea for this blog came out of needing some sort of accountability for myself and the way that I eat. I know how to eat well, and at times, I am able to keep it under control, but more often, I am not. I have lost weight in my 20's and now that I am a thirty something, I am finding it more difficult. I'm not looking to be model thin...I'm looking to fit into my spring and summer clothes from last year! So, that's my goal. I'm thinking it might take me 5-10 pounds to get there. So, my plan for this blog is to post the food that I am eating each day and see how it goes. Wish me luck!
